Design and Technology at OJS
At Overchurch Junior School, our Design and Technology curriculum encourages children to work individually and as part of a team to creatively and innovatively solve problems. Through our Design and Technology curriculum we want children to be inspired by and become designers, chefs, architects, engineers and artists as they develop their skills and enable them to create and evaluate a range of structures, using a range of materials, for a range of purposes. We aim to, wherever possible, link work to other disciplines such as mathematics, science, history, English and geography, ensuring that children make real life links.
