Welcome to the Autumn Term!
The Year 3 staff have really enjoyed welcoming the children into school at the start of our new term.
The children are settling in very well and are excited to begin our Autumn term topics on The Stone Age and Habitats.
A visitor from the RSPB will be coming in to help the children explore the school grounds and habitats used by birds.
The children will also be taking part in a Stone Age Day which will be led by a visiting history and drama company where they will experience Stone Age life and learn about how the Stone Age people of Greasby lived.
The Year 3 teachers will be selecting a “Star Of The Week” from their classes and this child will have the opportunity to bring home the class “Be Ready Bear”, along with the bear’s Weekend Diary in which the adventures of the child and Be Ready Bear can be recorded then shared with the class.

Next Wednesday we will be welcoming a very special visitor to Year 3.
