School Rules
School Rules are kept to minimum but are designed for the mutual benefit of all pupils. Children are informed of any rules that we feel the need to make. Written copies of all rules are issued to families periodically and are always available in school.
Our main points are:
- School is in session between 08:55 am to 12:00 noon. Lunchtime is between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Our afternoon session is from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
- No child may leave school premises without prior arrangement whilst school is in session. We would hope that necessary appointments could be made out of school hours as far as possible. Children must be collected from the school office by a responsible adult.
- School uniform should be worn at all times and all clothing should be clearly named.
- No sweets may be brought into school.
- All children should arrive punctually: anyone arriving late must be accompanied by an adult, enter school via the main entrance and inform office staff.
- You are requested to notify the school as soon as possible when a child is absent.
- You are requested to avoid taking holidays in term time as it is disruptive to your child's education. All children receive holiday lists, duplicates are available from the school office.
